Discover how Cross Point Solutions, part of the Cronos Group, underwent a valuable transformation. Due to expansion of space and staff, an office renovation was needed. We set to work creating an environment that not only supported the company's growth, but also provided a unified look throughout the entire work environment.

Colors & fabrics

Because of our Belgian production and the many handicrafts involved in upholstering, we were able to build on Crosspoint's current office furnishings. We kept the existing furnishings and colors, and built on them with the new furnishings. With a color scheme of mustard yellow, green and blue combined with velvet fabrics, we created a warm and inviting environment. These velvet fabrics offer not only comfort, but also practical convenience in that they are washable.

Flexwork

Flexworking is central to the new office, with a diverse selection of workspaces. We are adding flex spaces and desks so that every employee has access to a valuable workspace. In addition to these workspaces, the project also includes two meeting rooms with yellow and green accents. To improve the efficiency of team meetings, we also added an area for standing meetings. For peace and concentration in the workplace, we installed call boxes so that employees also have privacy during important phone calls.

How this interior contributes to the well-being of their employees? Simple! By carefully designed spaces that meet the needs of the staff. Our interior designers designed the environment with care and creativity, in this visualization they always add plants. It becomes even more fun when the client also effectively adds these plants to the space. Because Plants in an office space brings a lot of various benefits.

The result of all these modifications is an office that is not bound to traditional workplaces, but rather offers a dynamic environment that adapts to the needs.
