Drisag is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data when using our website. We will therefore only process your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "GDPR") and other relevant applicable legal requirements.
With this Privacy Statement, Drisag wishes to inform you, as a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR, and as a user of our website drisag.be, of any processing operations and of your rights as a User.
By using our website, you are deemed to be aware of and accept our Privacy Statement. Where necessary, we will ask you as a User for explicit, free, unambiguous and specific consent to perform certain processing operations when using our website.
It is possible that our privacy policy may be subject to adjustments and changes in the future. These will be made clear in our Privacy Statement. Drisag is responsible for processing ('controller') and determines alone or in collaboration with others the purposes and means of processing your personal data. This in each case in the context of the use of the website and its functionalities.

Drisag undertakes to comply with the general legal principles regarding the processing of personal data when processing personal data. For what purposes are my personal data processed?
Drisag processes your personal data to provide you, the user of the website, with a safe, optimal and personalised user experience. Drisag processes your personal data in order to provide the functionalities of the website correctly and intuitively and, where necessary, to respond appropriately to your requests.
The processing of data that you provide through the use of the website is done exclusively for the following well-defined purposes:
- Allowing the user to contact Drisag, or allowing Drisag to contact the user;
- Allowing the user to apply for certain vacancies , as well as allowing Drisag to assess the application, contact you, as well as create a recruitment reserve;
- Offering and improving our website;
- Offering personalised and specific products and services based on information and data provided;
- The detection of and protection against fraud, errors and/or criminal behaviour;
- Connecting, diagnosing and, if necessary, individualising your use of the website;
- Doing statistical analysis;

What are your rights?
Guarantee of compliance with principles specific to the processing of personal data
Drisag only processes your personal data:
- In accordance with the purposes as defined here or in a manner that is not incompatible with this original purpose;
- In a proper, lawful and transparent manner whereby the processing, as the case may be, is based on the following grounds: consent, legitimate interest, performance of the agreement or a legal obligation;
- In a manner proportionate to the stated purpose;
- In a proper manner;
- For the duration necessary for the purpose in question, which will be explained to you upon request;
- In a manner that includes adequate safeguards against unauthorised access, unlawful processing and/or accidental loss or damage;
Right to access - right to rectification - right to erasure
Any data subject who adequately proves his or her identity has the right to obtain from Drisag confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data
You have the right to obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients of the personal data, the (criteria to determine the) period during which your personal data will be stored and the rights you can exercise in accordance with the GDPR
If you wish to exercise your right of access / rectification / erasure, Drisag will act on this within one (1) month of receiving the request and only if this right exists on your behalf. The request is made by registered mail or by sending an e-mail to: welcome@drisag.b
Personal data that are incomplete or inaccurate may be corrected or deleted at any time. It is primarily up to the User to correct inaccuracies and incompleteness himself via the application. You can exercise your right to correction by providing a supplementary statement to Drisag. Drisag will act on this within one month of receiving the supplementary declaration.
As a User, you also have the right to have your personal data erased by Drisag without unreasonable delay. You can only exercise this right in the following cases, which Drisag will assess:
- When your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- When you withdraw your consent and no other legal basis exists for the processing;
- When objecting to the processing and no prevailing compelling legitimate grounds for processing exist;
- When personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- When your data must be deleted in accordance with a legal obligation;
Right to restriction of processing / right of objection
As a User, you have the right to obtain from Drisag a restriction of processing if one of the following applies:
- You dispute the accuracy of the personal data;
- Drisag's processing appears to be unlawful and you do not wish the personal data to be changed;
- Drisag no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you still need them for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim;
- Drisag needs to assess the presence of the grounds for erasure of the personal data, and during this period.
Whenever you have rightly requested Drisag to rectify, erase or further limit the processing of your personal data, Drisag will inform any recipient of these personal data, unless this proves impossible or would involve an unreasonable effort. You may also receive information about these recipients at any time.
Right to withdraw your consent / right to lodge a complaint
You always have the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by Drisag with the competent supervisory authorities.
If you wish to exercise your right of access, Drisag will act on it within one (1) month of receiving the request. The request is made via registered mail or by sending an e-mail to: welcome@drisag.be.
Right to information / transparency
When exercising your rights, Drisag will always act in accordance with the GDPR and thus provide all information required by the GDPR in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible form which you will receive in a simple language.
The deadlines for responding to your requests may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including the complexity/multitude of your requests. To this end, Drisag will notify you of this extension and the reasons for this extension within one month of receiving your request.
