Redesign for growth and acoustics
At Epact, we addressed their growing needs by revamping their interior. In addition to creating workstations, we also added a relaxation area, complete with comfortable sofas to create a homey atmosphere and allow employees to relax. In addition, we introduced ergonomic sit-stand desks to maximize comfort and boost employee productivity. We chose a color palette with soft and natural tones to create a calming environment.
Various workstations for various needs
Neoria needed an oasis of calm in their open space office. Therefore, we provided a coffee corner and two meeting rooms in the center of the space, creating connection and team spirit. The new design promotes collaboration and creates a pleasant working environment.

Renewal in the common area
In addition to designing the office spaces, we also renovated the communal cafeteria. We use the space to the fullest and not only during lunch. Throughout the day, brainstorming sessions, meetings, trainings take place here, and breaks are also spent here.
In the cafeteria we have chosen versatile chairs that are easily washable, this makes them ideal for daily use. Here, in addition to the fixed dining tables, we have also placed flexible tables, making the space easily adaptable for any occasion.
